Hemingways Resort

Hemingways is a 74 room resort hotel overlooking the stunning beach of Watamu Marine Park between Malindi and Mombasa. 

Hemingways combines the standards of an international resort with the relaxed sophistication and the friendliness of a privately owned hotel.

The beach was voted by the Sunday Times as being one of the top 10 beaches in the world, there being just 4 hotels on as many miles of coast and guarded by the finest of tropical barrier reefs.

Three miles down the coast from Hemingways is Mida, a tidal lagoon of mangrove creeks teeming with exotic bird-life and the venue for sundowner cruises on an Arabic dhow. 

Out to sea there is big-game fishing supported by the best fleet in Africa with some of the most productive fishing grounds in the world, dolphin watching, snorkelling and diving.  There are also opportunities for horse riding, golf and tennis.
