Lake Turkana &
Sibiloi National Park
Lake Turkana is the largest (7.500 sq km) and most northern of the Rift Valley Lakes and is a breathtaking sight. The lake has been described as "The Cradle of Mankind" due to the fossils recently found there.

Lake Turkana
Nearby is the Sibiloi National Park where game to be spotted include grevy's zebra, ostrich, gerenuk, and a large population of Nile crocodile in the lake. The region is hot and dry. Due to the remoteness of the park, most people visit this area in organised groups.
